Please note: Currently you can only send MMS messages to your Travel Journal. Please send MMS messages to 8888 and they will appear as a journal entry.

How do I post a photo from my mobile phone to my Travel Journal?

To upload a photo, you need to send the photo to a special email address.

When you send a photo:

• The email subject and body text will be used to create a new post.
• The photo will be attached to that post.

What is the special email address?

Your special email address is the address you need to send your photo to.

To find your special email address:

1. Sign-in to your Travel journal.
2. In the top navigation, select My account, then click Journal settings from the drop down menu.
   * The 'Journal settings' page will open.
3. Click on the link 'Special email address'.
   * A new page opens to display the email address.
4. We recommend that you save your special email address in your mobile phone's contacts / Address book.

Who can see a photo that is posted from my mobile phone?

Photos uploaded using your special email address will only be shown to users who have your visitor password.

How much does it cost to upload a photo?

The cost depends on your mobile phone provider.

Can I post a photo from any mobile phone?

You can use any mobile phone handset that has a camera and supports data and email.
