Making international calls from your world cell phone has never been easier than with your prepaid Israel SIM card. All rates are per minute for international outgoing calls from an Israel prepaid SIM card while in Israel.

Coverage
Activating your service
Your Israel mobile phone number is printed under a bar code on the Cellcom envelope and begins 065.
To activate your service:
- Travel to Israel.
- Be sure that the battery is adequately charged.
- Insert the SIM card into your GSM phone*.
- Turn your phone on.
- Enter the PIN code.
- Start calling.
* You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the SIM card into your international mobile phone with the gold contacts of the SIM card facing the metal contacts of your mobile phone.
Making and receiving calls
How to make a call
To make an international call from your Israel mobile phone dial 00 (or +), followed by the country code (1 for the US), area code and phone number.
How family and friends call you
Family and friends need to dial the international prefix, the country code 972 and your mobile phone number, omitting the first 0 (zero).
For example, when calling from the United States, callers need to dial 011 972 and then your mobile phone number.
Recharging your account
Your SIM card will include an initial airtime credit of 10 EUR.
To add credit to your Israel SIM card, you will need to purchase recharge vouchers. You will find these vouchers at most tabac shops, convenience stores, petrol stations and authorized Cellcom dealers in Israel. They may be purchased in 4 denominations: 50 NIS ($11.50 USD), 100 NIS ($23 USD) and 200 NIS ($46.50 USD).
Do not purchase another Israel SIM card when your credit is depleted! You only need a recharge voucher!

Customer service for your Israel SIM card is available 24/7 by dialing *333 from your Israel mobile phone.
Service life
If you recharge your account within 12 months, then the remaining balance will carry forward along with the amount of the most recent recharge.
If you do not recharge your account within 12 months, your SIM card and phone number will be recycled and any remaining credit will be forfeit. To get connected again you will be required to purchase another SIM card.
