Adding a US +1 number to your SIM
The International SIM card comes with the option to add a +1 US Number via a monthly subscription of just $2. This option is available from your account after purchasing and activating your SIM.
When your subscribe to a US number, friends and family in the US will be able to contact you at the cost of a local call or text.

Voicemail
Voicemail is automatically enabled. An inbound caller will be directed to voicemail if the call is not answered within 30 seconds, if the phone is switched off or if there is no coverage. A text message will be sent to notify you of a new voicemail.
To change your greeting message, dial 732 from your phone and press the call, send or OK key (ignoring any messages on the screen).
To disable voicemail, dial 866 from your phone and press the call, send or OK key (ignoring any messages on the screen).
To enable voicemail, dial 869 from your phone and press the call, send or OK key (ignoring any messages on the screen).
Toll-free calling
Family and friends can call you for FREE from USA, Australia, Canada, France, Germany and UK. Share your +44 number with your family and friends along with the following two step process:

Enter the +44 global number when prompted.
- If the phone is off, busy or outside of coverage, the call will be directed to voicemail.
Please note you will be charged a surcharge of 25c per minute to receive a call.
Auto-recharge
Auto-recharge automatically recharges your account when your balance falls below a set limit. The automatic recharge is instantaneous and you receive a text message when it occurs.
Enable or disable Auto-recharge at any time by signing into your account online or by calling Customer service. You can also change the minimum balance and the charge amount.
Getting Started
Your SIM card needs to be activated before you can use it. To activate your SIM Card, follow the steps below.
Activate Your SIM Card
- Visit rechargeminutes.com or download the JT TravelApp
- Enter the SERIAL CODE printed on your SIM Card
Setup Your Device
- Ensure your device is unlocked and works with the frequency of the countries you are traveling to.
- Choose the correct SIM size required for your device and push it out from the plastic card
- Turn off your device and insert the SIM in the SIM solt or tray
- Turn your device on. Once connected to a network, set up data using instructions provided in the user guide
- You are good to go!
