Are my important details, such as credit card, PIN and information stored in the Travel Vault, encrypted when sent over the website?
Yes. Important details, such as credit card, PIN and information stored in the Travel Vault, transmitted to and from shout@ekit.com are fully encrypted using SSL certificate sites.
Can you give me assurance that my details will not be onsold to any third party?
shout@ekit.com policy does not allow access to our databases for any parties other than shout@ekit.com personnel. We do not sell customer details.

Who at ekit can see my credit card details?
The only people in ekit that can view your credit card information are the Customer Service Agents who you speak to when you recharge your account.
Are the credit card details stored on the same database or server as the account details?
No. ekit does not retain credit card details.
What happens if I lose my card and it has my account number and PIN on it?
Phone Customer Service and tell them your situation. They will ask you the answer to your secret question, and if you correctly answer it they will tell you your account number and generate a new PIN for you.
What is the security level of the Travel Vault?
High Commercial Grade, just one level below Military Grade. No-one, not even us, can access your Travel Vault without your pass phrase.
