Changing your identification question

1. Go to the ekit website.
2. In the top navigation, click Sign-in
   * The 'Sign-in' page will open.
3. Sign in using your ekit account number and PIN.
4. In the top navigation menu, select My account, then click Account details.
   * The 'Account details' page will open.
5. In the section called 'Your registration details, type your new identification question and answer into the 'Question' and 'Answer' field.
6. When you're happy with the changes, click Save.
   * The 'Account details' page reappears showing the changes just made.
