Finding out your account balance

There are three ways to find out your account balance:

Finding your account balance using the website

There are two pages on the website that show your account balance:

Top

'Account details'

  1. Sign-in to your account by clicking Sign-in on the homepage and entering your account number and PIN in the Sign-in box.
  2. In the top navigation bar, select My account and then click Account details.
    * The 'Account details' page appears.
  3. Look at the information under the Account status heading.
    * Your account balance is shown in US dollars.

'Billing history'

  1. Sign-in to your account by clicking Sign-in on the homepage and entering your account number and PIN in the Sign-in box.
  2. In the top navigation bar, select My account then click Billing history.
    * The 'Billing history' page appears.
  3. Select a billing month or click Total history for all months.
  4. Look at the bottom of the statement.
    * Your account balance is shown in US dollars.

Finding your account balance using a touch tone phone

  1. Dial the access number number for the country you are in.
  2. Enter your account number, then press #.
  3. Enter your PIN then press #.
  4. Press * for the main menu.
  5. Press 4 for the account maintenance menu.
  6. Press 4 for your current account balance.
    * Your current account balance will be read out to you in US dollars.

Finding your account balance using your mobile

  1. Using your mobile phone, create the text message: balance
  2. Send to: +41 792 445 533
    * You will receive your current account balance in US dollars as a text message on your mobile.
    * There is a US15c charge.
    * You must have your mobile phone registered with ekit.
