Renewing Premium email by calling ekit's Customer Service

  1. Dial the toll-free access number for the country you are in.
  2. Press 0# for the Customer Service language menu.
  3. Press 0 for English.
    Press 1 for French.
    Press 2 for German.
    Press 3 for Portuguese.
    Press 4 for Spanish.
    Press 5 for Japanese.
    Press 6 for Italian.
  4. Tell them that you want to renew your Premium email subscription, then answer any questions they ask you.
    * Make sure you have a credit card handy.
  5. Upon a successful charge, your Premium email subscription will be extended for 12 months.
