Buying Premium email via ekit's secure website

You need to have sufficient credit on your account to buy Premium email. If you do not have enough credit on your account, you will need to recharge your account first with either US$20 or US$30, depending on your preferred Premium email package.

To buy Premium email when you have sufficient credit on your account:

  1. Sign-in to the ekit website
  2. In the top navigation bar, select My account then click Account settings from the drop down.
    * The 'Email settings' page will open.
  3. In the Email settings section, click Buy Premium email.
    * The 'Buy Premium email' page appears.
  4. Click Buy now next to the Premium Email package you prefer.
    * If the details are correct, click Yes. The amount will be deducted from your account balance and you will be able to use Premium email immediately.
    * If the details are incorrect, click Cancel. The 'Buy Premium email' page appears enabling you to change your selection

To buy Premium email when you do not have sufficient credit on your account:

  1. Log in to the ekit website
  2. In the top navigation bar, select My account then click Account settings from the drop down.
    * The 'Email settings' page will open.
  3. In the Email settings section, click Buy Premium email.
    * The 'Buy Premium email' page appears.
  4. Click Buy now next to the Premium email package you prefer.
    * The system recognizes that you do not have sufficient credit on your account. The 'Charge your account' page appears.
  5. Type your postcode or zip code.
  6. Click the arrow next to the Credit card type box, then click the type of credit card you have.
  7. Type the number that is on the front of your credit card in the Credit card number box.
  8. Click the arrows in the date boxes and select the month and year of the expiry date shown on the front of your card.
  9. Click the arrow next to the Amount to charge to card box and select the amount your want to transfer from your credit card to your ekit account.
  10. Click continue.
    * A message appears confirming the details you just entered.
  11. Check the details are correct.
    * If the details are correct, click Accept. Wait while your account is charged, then a message appears telling you that your account has been charged and what your current account balance is.
    * If some of the details are wrong, a message appears telling you so, and the red text shows you where you need to retype information. Retype the information.
  12. Click Continue.
    * Your account is charged and then the purchase amount for Premium email is deducted from your account balance. You can use the Premium email service immediately.
