Replying to an email over the phone

You can reply to emails over the phone. Your reply will be sent to the receipient as an email with a voicemail attachment.

To reply to an email over the phone:

1. Once you have listened to the email, press 5 to reply.
2. At the tone, record your message then press #.
3. When you have finished recording, you have the following options:
   Press 1 to reveiw your reply.
   Press 2 To erase and re-record.
   Press 3 to send.
   Press 4 to erase and cancel.
