Viewing your contacts

There are two ways you can view the contents of your address book.

Viewing contacts by folder

You can view your contacts by folder. By default, all your contacts are listed. To view your contacts by folder you need to

  1. In the top navigation menu, click Messages.
    * The 'Inbox' page will open.
  2. In the top navigation, select Messages and then click Address book in the drop down menu.
    * The 'Address book' page will open.
  3. In the drop down menu, under the heading Addresses, select the folder you want to view. You can view All, Personal, Work, No Folder or Groups.
    * The 'Address book' page reappears to list those contacts in the folder you just selected.

Viewing contacts by alphabetical order

You can view your contacts by alphabetical order. To view all the 'A' entries

  1. In the top navigation menu, click Messages.
    * The 'Inbox' page will open.
  2. In the top navigation, select Messages and then click Address book in the drop down menu.
    * The 'Address book' page will open.
  3. Click on the letter of your choice, such as A, from the alphabet listed across the page.
    * You can only select those letters which contain contacts whose first name, last name or nickname begins with that letter. These letters are underlined to show you that it is a hyperlink.
  4. The 'Address book' page refreshes to list all those contacts whose first name, last name or nickname begins with the letter 'A'.
    * If there are no contacts to list then you will not be able to click on 'A'.
